Dr. Randy E. Durbin, D.O, MSPH
Collaborating Physician
Dr. Randy E. Durbin is a licensed physician with more than 28 years of experience in healthcare, public health, and health informatics. He is licensed to practice medicine in Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Dr. Durbin brings a diverse clinical and professional background, with expertise in occupational and preventive medicine, public health, substance use disorder treatment, outpatient and urgent care medicine, physical medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and medical informatics.
In addition to his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Durbin has more than 32 years of experience in database programming and statistical analysis, providing a unique combination of medical, public health, and analytical expertise.
As a collaborating physician, Dr. Durbin provides experienced clinical insight and supports the delivery of safe, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.
Dannielle Mayo, RN-CNO
Founder & CEO
Dannielle M. Mayo, RN, CNO, is the Founder of The DRIP BAR IV Hydration & Wellness PLLC, bringing more than 30 years of diverse healthcare experience to her leadership and clinical practice.
Her healthcare career began in 1991 as a phlebotomist with DUCC, where she developed a strong passion for patient care and a commitment to continued professional growth. Throughout her career, Dannielle has expanded her knowledge and experience across multiple areas of healthcare, ultimately advancing into professional nursing, healthcare leadership, education, and entrepreneurship.
Dannielle maintains active, unencumbered Registered Nurse licenses in North Carolina and Hawaii. Her extensive clinical background, combined with decades of hands-on healthcare experience, provides the foundation for her commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered wellness services.
In addition to The DRIP BAR IV Hydration & Wellness PLLC, Dannielle is the Founder and CEO of Odessy’s Heart, LLC, an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR training organization established in 2015, and Odessy’s Heart II PLLC, a professional healthcare staffing agency established in 2020.
As a healthcare professional, educator, and entrepreneur, Dannielle remains committed to clinical excellence, professional education, patient safety, and expanding access to quality healthcare and wellness services.
